Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
This policy explains what information the website of Ronen Simanduyev (the “Site”) collects about you, why, who it is shared with, and how you can control it. It was written in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment 13) and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.
You can browse the Site without giving any personal details. Identifying information is collected only if you choose to give it: in the contact form, on a call or in a WhatsApp message.
Who is responsible for the information
The Site owner and database owner: Ronen Simanduyev.
Email: [email protected] · Phone: +972 50-759-3160
What information is collected
1. Information you give us
When you send a form on the Site, we collect the fields you filled in: name, email address, phone number, project type and your message. We also save the page the message was sent from and the time it was sent.
2. Technical information collected automatically
- Shortened IP address: the last part of your IP address is set to zero before it is saved (for example 203.0.113.0), so it cannot identify a single device. It is used only to prevent spam.
- How you reached the Site: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, keyword, content), click IDs from paid ads (gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid), the first landing page and the referring site. This is stored in a cookie on your device and attached to your message when you send it, so we know which channel it came from.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, screen resolution and city-level location. This is collected in aggregate by analytics tools.
3. Information we do not collect
The Site does not process payments and does not collect payment details, ID numbers or sensitive information as defined by law. There is no user account and no registration.
How the information is used
- To get back to you after you contact us, send a quote and provide the service.
- To improve the Site: to see which pages help, where visitors get stuck and what should be fixed.
- To measure how well marketing channels work, so we know where to invest and what isn’t working.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep the Site secure.
- To meet legal obligations (for example keeping business records).
The information is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for advertising.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser. The Site uses these types of cookies:
- ronen_attr: a first-party cookie that stores how you reached the Site. Expires after 90 days.
- System cookies: from the content management system and the caching system, needed for the Site to work properly and load fast.
- Measurement cookies: from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which recognize repeat visits for statistics.
- Security cookies: from Google reCAPTCHA, which tells people and bots apart when forms are sent.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the Site from working.
Third-party services
To run the Site we use the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4: Site usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and anonymous session recordings, used to find usability problems. Recordings do not include what you type in form fields.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3: filters automated messages. This service is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- WhatsApp business gateway: sends an alert about a new message and lets the conversation continue in the channel you chose.
- Hosting provider: hosts the Site and its database.
- Content delivery network (CDN): loads some code libraries. Your IP address is visible to the provider, as it is whenever any resource loads from the internet.
The fonts on the Site are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from an outside service.
Transfer of information outside Israel
Some of the providers above store information on servers outside Israel. Such transfers are made in line with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.
How long information is kept
- Form messages: kept as long as there is a business relationship, or a reasonable chance of one, and no longer than 7 years from the date of the message, in line with record-keeping duties and the statute of limitations.
- Analytics data: according to each provider’s retention policy, usually up to 14 months.
- Messages marked as spam: deleted on an ongoing basis.
You can ask us to delete your message at any time, and we will delete it, subject to any legal duty to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law you have the right to:
- See the information held about you.
- Ask for a correction of information that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
- Ask for deletion of the information.
- Unsubscribe from any mailing list at any time.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
Marketing messages
We will not send you advertising without your explicit consent, in line with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982. Every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and removal is immediate.
Information security
The Site uses an SSL certificate, the forms are protected by anti-spam measures and request origin checks, and access to the information is limited to the Site owner. To be honest, no online system is completely secure. We take reasonable, standard measures, but we cannot promise complete protection.
Minors
The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information about minors. If you learn that a minor has sent us information, contact us and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The latest update date always appears at the top of the page. Any major change will be announced clearly on the Site.
