Welcome. These terms govern your use of the website of Ronen Simanduyev (the “Site”). By browsing the Site you agree to these terms, so please read them. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
This is the business website of a studio that offers web development, user experience design, SEO and analytics. It shows a portfolio, services and professional content, and lets you get in touch. The Site is not an online store, and no purchases or payments are made on it.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the Site, read its content, share links to it and contact us through it. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, publish or distribute content from the Site (text, design, code, images or graphics) without prior written permission.
- Run automated crawling, content scraping or any other automated software, other than standard search engines.
- Try to break into the Site, bypass its security, overload it or disrupt how it works.
- Use the Site in a way that is illegal, offensive or misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Send advertising, spam or illegal content through the Site’s forms.
3. Intellectual property
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Site, including its design, code, text, structure, trade name and logo, belong to the Site owner unless stated otherwise. Using the Site does not give you any license or right in them.
Projects shown in the portfolio belong to the clients they were made for, and appear on the Site only as professional examples. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.

The content on the Site, including articles and professional explanations, is general information only. It is not personal professional advice and does not replace a review of your specific case. You rely on any content on the Site at your own responsibility.
Data, metrics and success stories shown on the Site relate to specific projects and their circumstances. They are not a promise, commitment or forecast of a similar result in another project. Results in SEO, conversions and performance depend on many factors outside the Site owner’s control.
5. Contacting us through the Site
Sending a form does not create a binding agreement, and does not oblige the Site owner to reply or to enter into an agreement. A working relationship exists only under a separate, clear agreement between the parties. The information you send in a form is handled under the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Site available and working, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. There may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. The Site owner may change, add or remove content and pages at any time without notice.

These terms are governed only by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter related to these terms or to the use of the Site.
